[jbehave-user] Story passes which are failures

In JEBEHAVE-474 the story-run throw an NPE, but the story was reported 
as successful.  Shouldn't unexpected conditions always result in story 
failures?  Otherwise, I might never know about them, and never pick up 
regressions.
