It could be as it is automatically generated from the tutorials using
the jbehave-web/archetypes/update-from-tutorials.sh. Please open a
jira issue for it.
But the tutorials are out-of-synch with etsy.com - we need to update the
impls (https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JBEHAVE-860).
