Hi Phillips,

This error is not happening always, it appears intermittently and when the
server restarts works perfectly.  So I have to wait for this to happen and I
will be back with more logs.

Could you enable wire and header logging (see [1]) and send us the output,
so we can get some more details on the call that is being made?

Could you also provide a minimal, if possible, test case that demonstrates
the problem you're seeing?
