This generally happens when run maven from the wrong directory. Make 
sure you are in the lingo directory with the pom.xml file.


$ mvn compile
[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Cannot execute mojo: resources. It requires a project, but the
build is not using one.
