Did you try use multi-part form-data for post on the HTTP Sampler ? http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/component_reference.html#HTTP_Request If it doesnt work compare Jmeter request/response (using View Results tree) v/s browser worst case use http://jmeter-plugins.org/wiki/RawRequest/
