It is better to include error messages as text. Images tend to get stripped by 
the mailing list.

This seems to be a problem with a third party plugin. It could be caused by a 
newer XML parser that jmeter 4.0 uses. Ease contact the author of the plugin.

This is an error message, that is about a missing or wrong encoding 
information. 
Could you give more details about the sampler and show the captured header 
information from a run with version 3 and version 4?
