FWIW, I just downloaded the current (2.10.0) WAR file, dropped it into a 7.x Tomcat, started it, and everything seems to work fine. You might want to simplify to start with by *not* using an httpd front end -- access Tomcat directly. Once you get that working, consider using mod_proxy rather than mod_jk -- simpler configuration. And Windows... well, good luck there; can't offer any suggestions :-)
how /JSPWiki/ url can bring up a page when there is no index.jsp in the folder.
