Thanks for checking into this. Environment includes the following.
Java 1.8
juddi 3.3.0
Tomcat 6.0.26
on CentOS-6.6
This is a clean install of CentOS on a VM created to learn to use jUDDI for 
possible inclusion in a future project.

Other jsp calls seem to work, as noted previously.
