The first focus is to get 2.3.1 out. The time target is on Wednesday for 2.3.1.
As soon as 2.3.1 will be out, we will cut off 3.0.0.RC1 (let say in around 10 days).
Regarding Cellar, I'm fixing an important issue for Cellar 2.3.0 (installation random problem). I will release Cellar 2.3.0 once this issue is fix. The time target is about Thursday.
