Using Maven SNAPSHOT

Dear Karaf Team,

I would like to make a Custom Release of Karaf with the maven plugin. It works 
as expected with the Karaf 3.0.1 version, but we would like to use the 
3.0.2-SNAPSHOT. We didn't find the snapshot repository, is it available to 
public ? which is the url ?
