Hi Sorry to correct, but servlet 3.1 is supported only with pax web 4.1 which is still snapshot version. Though I would highly appreciate some tests of the current snapshots.
There are still some todos so I don't have a ETA for 4.1 yet, it's still a one man show on this right now.
