ECF has just had a 3.12.1 maintenance release [1]. In addition, on ECF's github site [2] there have recently been contributions for remote management of OSGi containers [3]. Now implemented are a number of extensible OSGi remote micro services to monitor and manage an OSGi runtime. For example: ServiceManager, FrameworkManager, SCRManager, BundleManager, RemoteServiceAdminManager, etc. These managers can be used with any OSGi-R5+ container.
