Did some more analysis. The ‘already installed’ msgs don’t really seem to be an
issue. The features appear to be installed and running and I don’t see them on
subsequent framework restarts.
The non-responsive console still IS an issue, but that seems to be related to
my own feature, so please ignore ;-)

I tried to remove the ‘minimal’ feature and replace it with required features,
with similar result.
The logfile looks ‘normal’ except for the fact that bundles are stopped right
when the configuration is complete (see below).
I am sure it is something stupid, but I haven’t been able to figure it out yet.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
