Let's Encrypt and Karaf

Hi,

Karaf keystore and ports etc. are setup in org.ops4j.pax.web.cfg.
Let's Encrypt places cert and key pems in a place of it's choosing and 
uses these locations for later upgrades.

How is this managed with a karaf http server?
