Thanks for the explanation, I'm fine with publishing the artifacts to maven
after the vote. I guess it's more of a big deal if projects are consuming
the artifacts as part of their build cycle, so publishing the maven
artifacts with the vote allows them to test the release properly.

+1 (non-binding) from me for the release. The only thing I noticed was in
the user-guide it mentions "bin/shell.jar" however in knoxshell it's
actually "bin/knoxshell.jar".
