Hello again, I am not sure if you saw my previous reply but that's okay, I think you need to restart *kylin* or *reload* *config* from the *System* section, or you need to check if you have the privilege to use that smtp, cause some smtp needs to be activated to be able to use them freely. else check the smtp provider settings...
