I'm looking at Lenya to run a site for a small non-profit club, and it looks like it will fit the bill.
One thing w ewould like is a club directory, accessible only to members. We would also like the ability to allow members to log in and enter/edit their own contact information. The first part is simple enough; set up a password-protected area. The second part would require some form of simple contact database, with individual logins and rights to allow users to change their own information. I know there are probably 100's of ways to do something like this, but there are probably 2 or 3 ways that would fit better with Lenya, i.e., perhaps using XML files to hold the data rather than MySQL or another database; Is this what something like Xindice would be used for? Any other suggestions on doing something like this in Lenya?
