Nothing was publishable. We thought it had something to do with your download of lenya and so we reinstalled and tried to publish the default documents like features, concepts, tutorial and so on. And it gives the same error message.

is foo123 a document (XHTML) which you have created?
What about other documents which are part of the sample, can you publish
these?
