[1.4] Contact Form Module

I've looked over the contact form module and I think I can get it to do 
what I want. The only question I can't figure out, is how to set 
different recipient addresses for different publications. Would the best 
bet just to create a user on each publication of 'contactform' or 
similar and change the config for the module to use that user?
