Pagination

Hi Devs.

i have one question that when we do pagination , does cocoon  fetch  all the data in one go and then store it in cache so it can get the data from this cache whenever we click on next and previous or each time it sends the request to database to fetch the data,
please ask me if u need further explantion because it very much important for me to design my module.
