Do I understand well that there is no changelog in form like:
version 1.2.5:
new: ...
updated: ...
removed: ...
version 1.2.4:
new: ...
updated: ...
removed: ...
etc.
so anyone can easily know what's new and if upgrade is needed?

Yes Gregor posted an old change log. I have split up the log a while ago
into monthly change reports.
e.g. http://lenya.apache.org/tlp-2006-01.svn.html
All changes are listed in the monthly reports.

Why there is no "easy" change.log ??? I have downloaded the source and
there is no change log also.
