hmm. that path is bogus. "pubs/authoring/config".... "authoring" is an
area that does not exist as a directory on disk. instead it should read
whatever the new publication id is.
what's funny is that on the introduction.html page, it says:
"Template used none".
i think i missed to change the instantiator when i removed the
<templates/> wrapper, and now the <template/> element is not where it
should be.
fix should be ready tomorrow morning (i have some mutton on the stove or
else i'd look into it right away).
