How to add policies / restrictions on some contents for a user.

HI

please  guide  me  , how  can I restrict a  user  to  view /edit   only
some  pages  in my  publication  and  all other  user  can  view /  edit
all    pages of the  publication .

I am  using  lenya  1.2  .
