You can change the value in the source of your publication
in YOUR_PUB/lenya/resources/i18n/cmsui_[lang-code].xml
change this line
<message key="publication-title">Welcome to the Default Publication
from {0}!</message>
run a build and restart lenya.
If you want to change the title tag (e.g. insert the Company Name and
the Document title after), you can change YOUR_PUB/xslt/
addXhtmlTitle.xsl (build after, no restart required).
