Just an svn update. You could do new checkout (from Subversion) and your
problem should be fixed. Enabling uploads should also do the trick (that
was the original problem).

Strange. This has been reported several times, and I could once
reproduce it, but not anymore ... :(
Maybe someone else can help with the Kupu issues?
