Hi Mike
Thomas and I are currently integrating the editor in Lenya 2.0.2-
dev, kindly sponsored by the Uniklinikum Freiburg. We're using a
quite generic REST-like interface based on the Atom Publishing
Protocol, including WebTest coverage and documentation :)
I plan to release the editor stuff in July
If I might ask what is the reason not to open your code repository to
the public right now?
Honestly speaking I am rather tired of people talking about Open Source
and not doing it, whereas I am perfectly fine if people don't want to
release there stuff as FOSS, but then don't *keep* use mailing lists
related to Open Source for stuff which isn't or not yet!
We have to be careful not to confuse an open source development model
with releasing code as open source software. Regarding the Lenya
project, the first aspect is very important. But regarding Thomas'
project, I don't think someone else is in the position to question his
development method.
Personally, I don't think it should be tabooed to talk about
not-yet-released or closed source software, which is or could be related
to Lenya, on this list.
