Change the image reference in {pub}/xslt/page2xhtml.xsl
And change the title: "Welcome to the Jv000000 Publication from the Lenya
community!"
Change the title in {pub}/xslt/page2xhtml.xsl or in the i18n catalogue
(look for <td id="publication-title">)
