The file:
[mypub]/content/rcml/content/authoring/[path to content]/
index_[lang].xml.rcml
in the webapp directory contains the check in history of the related
document.
If the first entry is a <CheckOut>-tag, the file is locked.
To unlock the documents you have to remove all <CheckOut>-tags form
the begining.
