decide on the exact date. If nobody objects, I'd suggest to limit the
decision period to a week (until Sunday, 2009-05-24, 23:59 CET), so that
there is enough time left for booking an accomodation after publishing
the official announcement.
unfortunately there is no 2-day combination where everyone can attend.
Since Florent has a quite long journey and can't attend on Wednesday, I
would suggest that we use one of these combinations:
June 22 + 23
June 24 + 25
This would mean either Jann or Thomas would miss a day.
Thorsten, I'm missing your entry – do you have a preferred date?
