Since the old banner format is a little wide for the current page

I did some modification and uploaded them. Now it looks like the "build
with apache lenya button".
this looks much better, thanks! I updated the image height attribute in
the banner document to match the new image size.
I wasn't able to publish it ,because I don't have reviewer permissions.
I published the image and the banner document and added you to the
reviewer, sitemanager and admin groups.
