What version of Lenya are you using and what operating system (It seems
some Windows version) and what JDK?
What is the path of your Lenya installation? Does it contain a space or
some other special character?

I concluded that something must be wrong with my access to the file system.

Here is an output of my publication.xml

<content-dir src="${pubs.root.dirs}/asamc/data/content/" />

<modules />
<proxies />
The failure must be the content-dir
I also tried to give an absolut file path
"file:///D:/data/content/" without any effect.
What I do wrong?
