- I also propose to organise one day of travel in nice Gironde's place.
Personnaly, I know twice and like them too. So, please express, or cast

* For the room during all the RMLL, as the last mail exchange I have
with RMLL staff, I see that there is no problem. I will validate this
twice soon.
* Place for sleep, will open soon. So please fill the wiki page as soon

up after the opening, it may be possible that no places left...

For now, I don't know if Lenya meeting covering all this dates (we
have few participants and presentations ideas for now), but Richard,
Rudolf and me will be in place all the week, so Lenya will be
represented all week long...
maybe have to wait a little bit more in order to have more
developers suggestions and plan more precisely the "core" meeting.

I think it is time to promote the meeting from our website with a logo
and fix the dates.
Is it possible to have a room during the whole meeting ? Then I would
recommend to put the dates 6 to 11 (or 10) on the logo with a link to
the wiki page. Since Andreas arrives at thursday evening and leaves at
saturday evening I propose to do important things at friday and
saturday morning.
