Hi All,
We had a working test with the web conferencing today.
Some hardware is needed on site however:
1. Computer (ideally running Linux)
2. Microphone
3. Speakers
4. Webcam
I am arriving on Thursday so can take with me - but if anyone is going
before and can help with this please shout - as it will mean anyone
wanting to attend via web conference can do so prior to Thursday.
