We could provide the patch, with explicit instructions how to apply when 
TinyMCE 
is installed.  Not an easily usable solution.

There may be a way around this. The HTML dialogs are part of the TinyMCE 
"advanced" theme.  Adding another theme as part of the ASF infrastructure 
should 
be possible.  However, if I understand the LGPL correctly, this new theme must 
not be derived from the supplied "advanced" theme.  Or would this be possible?
