Hi Richard
Just tried by deleting the checkout entry from the sitetree.xml.rcml and
it seems problem is resolved.
Is this the right way to solve this problem ?
Regards
Gaurav

When you say force check in didn't work, was it disable or enabled?
It was enable before but now its disabled.
Can you submit the page? If not the authoring sitetree is checked out.
I can submit the page but can not publish it. After submitting, only
reject option is enabled.
If you can submit, but not publish the live sitetree is checked out.
I've only seen that happen in systems where I've ran quotas.
I can not publish the page.
Please suggest how can i resolve this problem.
Regards
Gaurav
