Hello all,
New to this list.
Amazon ec2 instance 64 bit linux
openJDK 1.6
I used svn and got 2.0.4
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lenya/tags/RELEASE_2_0_4 lenya-2.0.4
./build.sh yields the following warnings
svn: warning: W200000: Error handling externals definition for
'lenya-2.0.4/src/modules/kupu/resources/kupu':
svn: warning: W175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'http://codespeak.net/svn/kupu/branch/kupu-1.2'
<http://codespeak.net/svn/kupu/branch/kupu-1.2%27>
looking at http://codespeak.net I see this message
/After >10 years of operations, hosting PyPy and many other projects,
codespeak.net <http://codespeak.net> has deliberately shrunk to only
serve a few web pages: /
* execnet <http://codespeak.net/execnet/>, a library for elastic
Python deployment and distributed programming.
* vadm <http://codespeak.net/vadm/>, tool for versioning system files
and directories.
Thanks for reporting.
We have to check this.
I for now I can only suggest you to disable the kupu module.
curl http://localhost:8888/ produces an empty page
If no special configuration it could be localhost:8080
so I used wget
wget
http://apache.mirrors.tds.net/lenya/SOURCES/apache-lenya-2.0.4-src.tar.gz
./build.sh clean-all
./build.sh
results in an apparently successful build.
When I look at the home page I get
Resource Not Found
Message: Resource Not Found
Description: The requested resource "/" could not be found
Sender: org.apache.cocoon.servlet.CocoonServlet
Source: Cocoon Servlet
What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Do you use a tomcat or the jetty build-in ?
Can you send your local.build.properties ?
I know it's okay on Linux 64b, I have no certitude with the openJDK
implementation though.
Hope that help.

Eric
