cocoondb.script under WEB-INF/db b.e. is not able to run on postgresql. wrong

at the moment it seems lenya 2.04 isn't able to work with postgresql.
the DB in WEB-INF/db is merely used to store the scheduler jobs. If it
is really necessary to use PostgreSQL in your setup, you might find
documentation about the configuration on the Cocoon website.
The Lenya content repository is file-based (no RDBMS needed).
