I found the script itself in :/usr/share/pear/midcom/lib/midcom/exec.
So now the question is, what maps the URL "/midcom-exec-midcom" to
this directory. Am I missing a host record ? And if so, what root and
style should it point to ? I have a root called template_midcom (#727),
but I'm guessing this is the remnants of my 2.4 version.
This sounds a lot like the "good old" MidCOM template site is still
initializing your MidCOM the 2.4 way.
It would be a good idea to create another MidCOM website on the side,
and then switch that to use your current root topic and style.
Which root topic and style are you referring to ?
Here are the *roots* that show up in Aegir under websites under SG0:
Admin Root
Aegir CMS
ShowAttachment
attachments
localhost/midgard-sitewizard
template_midcom
mysite.com/sitewizard-root ( this is where it is currently pointing ).
The *styles* that I currently have under SG0 are:
Unnamed ( is empty, not sure where that came from )
Admin Site
Aegir_Core_Style
Aegir_Master_Style
Empty
Empty
Midgard Welcome Style
Root style mysite.com
template_ [...] ( a bunch of these )
To do this, run the "create-host.php" script that is explained in
http://www.midgard-project.org/documentation/midgard-admin-sitewizard/
Thanks, I was able to create the new host record, but it set the style
to 0. Is this normal ? Or does it
not matter since I might be changing it anyhow ?
Thanks for your help.
Martin
Note that you should create the new host to same SG as your old site.
