I am experiencing constantly a problem (not related to Midgard though)
on installing Midgard on Ubuntu 8.04 running on i386, since Tomcat
doesn't want to finish the configuration.
This might be due to this or that, but just in case anyone else is
experiencing this problem, the solution is very simple:
# ln -s /etc/solr/tomcat.policy.dpkg-new /etc/solr/tomcat.policy
# apt-get install
