Hi, all As you know, the next Midgard Gathering will be held in Tampere, Finland during the "hack week" of KDE's aKademy conference. The actual conference will take place on July 3rd-10th, but the Midgard part will be on Mon 5th - Wed 7th.
Some details: * Everybody participating in the Gathering must also register in aKademy (http://akademy.kde.org/user/register). Registration is free and also entitles you to join the main aKademy program if interested * The hack week from KDE's side will include a KDE foundation general assembly on Monday and BoFs during the week. In that sense Midgard Gathering is another BoF in the event * Gathering's venue will be Demola in the Finlayson area in central Tampere. We'll have electricity, WiFi and some meeting facilities: http://akademy.kde.org/venue * There is the option of accommodation arranged by aKademy in the TOAS Student House. I've tentatively booked 10 rooms for Midgardians but you still need to confirm that you want to stay there: http://akademy.kde.org/accommodation (cc me when you do the booking and mention that you're attending Midgard Gathering) * Please also let me know if you're coming!
