#19: Read only transactions

Spring has a concept of read only transactions. These work together with
Neo to some extent; writes preformed in a read only transaction will be
silently dropped.
It would be nice if the Neo could integrate better with the spring
transactions and issue warnings when writes are performed in read only
transactions.
