Mmh there are too many systems involved right now. Trac, MediaWiki,
Maven generated and the www.neo4j.org (what system is that?) is too
much. Can we get that together?
Regarding www.neo4j.org, I think there should be a redirect from
neo4j.org to www.neo4j.org (or the other way around). Providing the same
content from two different URLs makes it less valuable in the eyes of
search engines.
At the moment, I don't think we can reduce number of sites, but we could
make them much easier to navigate.
There could be a common header with a menu on the pages, pointing to the
different sites, like:
home wiki trac components apidocs
api.neo4j.org could have the same look and menu on it's front page, but
the documentation pages themselves would continue to use the standard
JavaDoc style.
For the rest of the sites mentioned in the menu, it should be possible
to keep at least the header consistent in style, and more or less the
content, too. This would keep the sites together at least visually.
