Hi Avishay,

neo-weaver is not being actively maintained at the moment. But there are
other projects that do (roughly) the same thing, and are very much alive,
such as jo4neo [http://code.google.com/p/jo4neo/]. I for one, think that
it's much more interesting to see these tools grow "in the wild" where the
need for them arise. I believe this to be a good way of getting tools that
Do The Right Thing(TM).

If you are interested in picking up development of neo-weaver, you are
welcome to do so, I'll make sure to give you access to the repository after
a few patch submissions. Otherwise I'd recommend that you look at jo4neo.
