Suryadev, the lawsuit against Google is regarding the implementation of JDK, JRE and libraries being API - compatible to Java but not attributing and licensing it with Sun/Oracle Java. It has nothing to do with anything built on top of the Java specification and clearly stating so, like any Java application (Neo4j being one).
So, please stop spreading FUD to the Java community about this.
