I just downloaded the new 1.2 M05 to play with running the server as a standalone Windows service. The service installed/started just fine, but the webadmin app seems to be missing. Pointing my browser to http://localhost:7474/ just give me this:

Am I doing something wrong, or did this feature get dropped?
