didn't know that things can mess up between issue trackers - this commit is
referring to https://github.com/neo4j/community/issues/12 which I fixed with
that commit.

Unique indexes are on the roadmap, but I doubt we will get them in for 1.5
:/ since they will involve a fair bit of changes in the indexing guts.
