Akhil, i theory, this should be possible, see http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/snapshot/capabilities-capacity.html . However, with that number of nodes etc, you need probably very specialized hardware to run any form of performant traversal over this data. If you want to do this, I suggest you put up a project to seriously look at importing times, hardware and graph algos to be performed. Do you have more info on the type of research you want to do?
