You can use @Indexed inside of Relationship-Entities. Then they will be added to relationship-indexes which might speed up supernode iteration. Neo4j shines at traversing relations, not necessarily in handling supernodes (i.e. nodes with > 10k rels) at least not with cold caches when they have to be retrieved from disk.
