The Neo4j Play module and plugin Alpha 1 has been posted on https://github.com/rrmckinley/play-neo4j. Let me know if I can help you use it. I will not post it to the Play module directory until I can write some tests. To install it manually, just pull the repo into your current play project and add module.neo4j=play-neo4j to your application.conf. The rest of the instructions are on the github README.
