I suppose you have defined ${CYGWIN_HOME} in profiles section of your
settings.xml and your pom.xml also work from the command line?
If it does work from the command line, please open JIRA issue and
provide complete Eclipse project with pom.xml that will be sufficient to
reptoduce this issue.
